.JOB ID#: 631 JOB TITLE: IT Manager JOB TYPE: Permanent Location: Hagerstown, MD Start Date: ASAP Pay: Market JOB DESCRIPTION: * We have an opening for an IT Manager reporting to the VP of Applications. * The right candidate will be responsible for Application Delivery, Application Maintenance and IT Site Management. * Provide monthly or other regular reporting to business owners, Account Managers, and to Customer Management. * Staff Management includes setting personal objectives and targets, performing performance appraisals, and providing consistent feedback to employees to guide their personal and professional growth and their work activities. * Comply with all regulatory requirements such as SOX. Maintain high quality in both processes and deliverables by using Best Practices as exemplified in ISO, PCM/SDM, and IS-GDP and MCM for application maintenance. Participate in all necessary reviews and audits. * Manage PO's, time sheets, and invoice approvals.
